Marble is a soft, natural stone. Over time, foot traffic, cleaning products, spills, and regular use wear away its polished surface. What’s left is a matte or uneven finish that no cleaner can fix. This is especially common in kitchens, bathrooms, entryways, and high-traffic areas.

Dullness is not a stain or something sitting on top of the stone. It’s a sign the surface has been abraded, etched, or scuffed. No spray or polish will bring it back — it has to be professionally refinished.
